What is included in each package price?
Each package price covers the full treatment duration, all products used during your session, and access to our relaxation lounge before and after your appointment. Any add-on treatments are quoted separately at the time of booking.
Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
For standard sessions, no deposit is required. For the Complete Serenity package or group bookings, we ask for a partial deposit to confirm your reservation, which is applied directly to your final bill.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask clients to notify us at least 12 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial fee to cover reserved therapist time.
Can I combine treatments from different packages?
Yes, our staff can help you customize a session by combining elements from different packages, such as adding a facial to a massage-only booking. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly and confirmed before your visit.
Are prices the same for all therapists?
Yes, our published pricing applies across our team of licensed therapists. Some specialized techniques may carry a separate rate, which will always be communicated clearly before your session begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and mobile payment options at our Giza, Egypt location. Payment is collected at the end of your session unless a deposit has been arranged in advance.
